Our Human Resources objective is to plan, organize, employ, assign and improve the human resources that will provide our company with active and effective effort in order to run the company smoothly. Determining and planning training needs, execution of these trainings, determining qualifications, performance management and actualization of career planning practices in accordance with scientific methods is also among the objectives of our human resources.
